Official Records and Custody Contacts

For Washington County jail, booking, or records matters, begin with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Scott Owen’s administrative office is at 611 SW Adams Boulevard, Bartlesville, OK 74003. Administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; dispatch is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • WCSO Inmate Search: use the official current-custody roster for an in-custody person. The roster is not a release confirmation or a historical record archive.
  • WCSO Records: request a specific booking record or other sheriff record from the Records Division. The posted fee is $1 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page for copies/reports, faxes, email/scan, and email/print. No booking-photo-specific price or turnaround is posted, so ask the division about the applicable format, fee, redactions, and timing.
  • Washington County Sheriff’s Office: 918-332-4000. Dispatch: 918-338-4001. Jail: 918-332-4011.
  • Washington County Court Clerk: call 918-337-2870 for the local court-record path. A court record concerns the case after booking and is not a current-custody confirmation.
  • Oklahoma DOC Offender Lookup: use this state locator for Oklahoma Department of Corrections custody or supervision records, not for every Washington County arrestee.
  • Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator: use the federal locator for BOP records. It is not a Washington County booking feed.
  • ICE Online Detainee Locator: use this separate federal locator for immigration-detention searches, not as a county mugshot source.
  • For an emergency or a crime in progress, call 911. To submit an official non-emergency tip, use the WCSO tip page. A tip is not a records request.

For an overview of the official paths and the difference between a booking entry, current custody, and a court outcome, see the Washington County search and records guide. A booking or charge is an allegation, not proof of guilt, and the court record is the appropriate place to check disposition.
